Luther Stickell is the only other IMF Agent to appear in every Mission: Impossible movie besides Ethan Hunt, giving him a lot of time to grow as a character. He’s one of the top tech experts in the world, able to hack into anything. Creating Luther, I realized I may need to add in more Talents for hackery-types.
